Job Description
The Sales Associate at Voltus is responsible for learning to prospect, promote the company's energy solutions, and work with sales leaders to set up meetings and close deals, contributing to the company's growth in sustainable energy markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn to cold call prospective customers
- Promote Voltus's value proposition to potential clients
- Assist Sales Directors in setting up meetings with prospects
- Work with sales team to close deals and generate revenue
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work from their home location in the US or Canada, unless otherwise indicated on the role description.
- Ability to participate in Voltus's Sales Associate Development program, which includes learning to cold call prospective customers, promote Voltus's value proposition, and work with Sales Directors to set up meetings and close deals.
- Self-starter who loves to win, is inspired by innovation, and embodies the Bright, Gritty, Good philosophy.
- Passion for selling and working with industry-leading energy technology.
- Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills.
- Ability to work primarily from their home country, with travel to other countries only if approved as per the Global Remote Travel Policy.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, aligning with Voltus's values and policies.
- Understanding that Voltus does not sponsor visas or transfers for new hires, and candidates must be eligible to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship.
