Job Description
A Customer Success Associate at Voltus is responsible for onboarding new and existing customers, ensuring they are prepared to participate in energy markets, and providing ongoing support to maximize customer satisfaction and success throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new and existing customer onboarding from start to finish
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding and ongoing support
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Energy Markets teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Drive customer adoption and set expectations at the beginning of the customer journey
- Schedule and lead meetings with internal teams and customers to communicate onboarding status
- Support customers and sales teams with account-related questions post-onboarding
Requirements
- Manage new and existing customer onboarding from start to finish to ensure customers enter the market efficiently and are ready to perform successfully to earn money.
- Be the primary point of contact for customers throughout their onboarding journey and provide ongoing account support.
- Partner with the Sales, Operations, and Energy Markets teams to deliver the best possible experience to customers during onboarding and beyond.
- Schedule and lead business meetings with internal teams and customers to communicate onboarding status, avoid delays, and ensure seamless internal handoff for efficient onboarding.
- Drive adoption and set expectations at the beginning stage of the customer journey.
- Support customers and sales teams beyond onboarding with account-related questions to provide the best customer experience.
