Job Description
The Solutions Architect will be responsible for onboarding, integrating, and expanding the company's platform for strategic clients by designing scalable solutions, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless adoption through collaboration with internal teams and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure successful technical onboarding, integration, and expansion of the platform for strategic clients
- Act as a trusted technical advisor and solution partner to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to design scalable and efficient solutions
- Remove technical blockers and optimize system architecture
- Drive seamless platform adoption and implementation results
- Read and interpret API documentation and work with front-end technologies
- Manage multiple technical onboarding projects simultaneously
Requirements
- Bring a strong technical background, based on hands-on experience.
- Ability to read and interpret API documentation.
- Work with front-end technologies HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understand data flow and system architecture.
- Manage multiple technical onboarding projects in parallel.
- Drive results across diverse stakeholders.
