Job Description
The Account Director role involves managing client renewals, stakeholder relationships, contract negotiations, and identifying growth opportunities to expand revenue within existing accounts, working closely with Customer Success Managers and high-level executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive renewal processes and manage high-level stakeholder relationships
- Create expansion and MRR growth opportunities
- Negotiate contract terms and prices
- Coordinate with Customer Success Managers to ensure account success
- Discover stakeholder needs and match them with Insider product suites
- Conduct business reviews with clients
Requirements
- Experience in managing renewals and stakeholder management within a customer account context.
- Ability to work in coordination with Customer Success Managers and serve as the primary contact for executives.
- Proven track record of driving renewal processes, creating expansion and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) Raise opportunities, and negotiating contract terms including price negotiations.
- Experience in discovering all stakeholders and their needs and matching them with product suites.
- Experience conducting Business Reviews and managing renewal processes.
- Ability to manage high-level stakeholders through all account bases.
