Job Description
The Long Term Intern in People and Culture at Insider will support the recruitment and onboarding processes, contribute to maintaining a positive company culture, and assist with various HR initiatives to help attract and retain top talent across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining employees
- Identify and evaluate potential candidates to find A-players
- Communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- Must be able to perform the duties of the People and Culture - Long Term Intern role, including supporting recruitment, training, and retention activities.
- Must have strong people skills and the ability to communicate effectively as a master-communicator.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, agile environment across multiple regions and functions.
- Must demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, embracing a workplace free of discrimination based on sex, race, color, nationality, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability status, citizenship, or marital status.
