The Sales Manager for Conversational Messaging at MindBehind is responsible for leading sales efforts to promote and sell innovative conversational messaging products, driving growth and disruption in the SaaS and customer experience technology space.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop sales strategies for conversational messaging products.
Identify and engage potential clients to promote Insider's platform and solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with enterprise brands and key stakeholders.
Drive sales growth through prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company offerings.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of success in B2B SaaS sales or related technology sales roles.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that disrupt traditional sales approaches and achieve rapid expansion.
Strong understanding of conversational messaging, customer engagement platforms, or related MarTech/Customer Experience technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with enterprise clients and prospects effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with a focus on innovation and impact.
Willingness to embrace and promote a different style of sales that aligns with the company's disruptive approach.
Experience in working with or selling to enterprise brands and Fortune 500 companies is preferred.
Ability to adapt to a multicultural environment, collaborating with a team of overachievers across 27 countries.
