Job Description
A sales professional responsible for driving growth and expanding the adoption of Insider's AI-driven Chatbot platform through new business acquisition and account expansion, utilizing solution-selling and deep product knowledge in a hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead growth for Insider's Support Agent product through new business acquisition from prospecting to closing sales.
- Operate as an overlay specialist with Account Directors to expand Chatbot adoption within existing accounts.
- Utilize solution-selling expertise and deep product knowledge to unlock the full market potential of the Chatbot offering.
Requirements
- Act as the Account Executive (AE) for new business acquisition, driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Operate as an overlay specialist with Account Directors (ADs) to expand Chatbot adoption within existing accounts.
- Combine strong hunting instincts, solution-selling expertise, and deep product knowledge to unlock the full potential of Insider’s Chatbot offering in the market.
