Job Description
The Partnership Manager will drive growth for Insider by developing and managing strategic partnerships with solution and technology partners in the MENA region, supporting go-to-market strategies, and enabling collaborative business opportunities across various channels and industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth by establishing and managing commercial relationships with channel partners in the MENA region, including Solution and Technology Partners.
- Support the formation, selection, onboarding, and enablement of channel partners such as System Integrators, Digital Agencies, Managed Service Providers, and ISVs.
- Execute go-to-market (GTM) partnership strategies and programs to facilitate partner engagement and mutual business growth.
Requirements
- Thorough understanding of Insider’s product capabilities, sales processes, and partner ecosystem to ensure the GTM engine is primed and enabled to collaborate with strategic partners and drive mutual growth.
- Experience in supporting the formation and management of mutually beneficial commercial relationships with Channel Partners including Solution Partners and Technology Partners in the MENA region (Middle East, Africa, India).
- Ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, onboarding, and customer success teams to execute go-to-market partnership strategies and programs.
- Experience in driving selection, onboarding, and enablement of partners, as well as executing GTM activities with high-priority Technology Partners such as ISVs (Independent Software Vendors).
- Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills to handle new challenges effectively.
- Proven ability to work enthusiastically in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues outside the immediate team to achieve organizational goals.
- Experience in managing and transacting with Solution Partners, including planning and executing GTM activities with Technology Partners.
