Job Description
The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions to enhance business processes and sales operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring technical excellence in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop secure, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and critical metrics
- Evaluate and optimize existing code, reduce technical debt, and establish a technology roadmap
- Maintain and optimize full lifecycle software development using Apex, VisualForce, LWC, APIs, and Force.com applications
- Mentor, develop, and train junior developers
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of Salesforce development experience with extensive knowledge of Sales Cloud, Apex, VisualForce, LWC, and Force.com tools and applications.
- Experience in Agile development methodology.
- Excellent communication skills and proven success in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience designing test plans, performing unit testing, and writing test classes to ensure proper code coverage.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Self-starter, self-motivated, able to prioritize effectively, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
- Ability to analyze business processes and system implementation to identify inefficiencies and critical metrics.
- Ability to evaluate existing code, develop plans to reduce technical debt over time, and establish a technology roadmap with system architects.
- Experience in maintaining and optimizing full lifecycle software development using standard configuration, Apex, VisualForce, LWC, APIs, and Force.com applications.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, Product, Growth, Marketing, and Finance.
- Ability to work in a hybrid position requiring 2 days per week in the Bengaluru office.
- Certifications such as Platform Developer, Platform App Builder, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
- Working experience with Salesforce CPQ is preferred.
- Familiarity with integrated applications such as Mulesoft is preferred.
- Experience contributing to setting up CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
