Job Description
The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions to enhance business processes and sales operations, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop secure, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and critical metrics.
- Evaluate and optimize existing code, reduce technical debt, and establish a technology roadmap.
- Maintain and develop full lifecycle software using configuration, Apex, VisualForce, LWC, APIs, and Force.com applications.
- Mentor and train junior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, Product, Growth, Marketing, and Finance.
- Perform system analysis, testing, and ensure proper code coverage.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of Salesforce development experience with extensive knowledge of Sales Cloud, Apex, VisualForce, LWC, and Force.com tools and applications.
- Experience in designing and developing secure, scalable technical solutions on the Salesforce platforms.
- Ability to analyze business processes and system implementation to identify inefficiencies and critical metrics.
- Experience in evaluating existing code, developing plans to reduce technical debt over time, and establishing a technology roadmap with system architects.
- Proficiency in maintaining and optimizing full lifecycle software development using standard configuration, Apex, VisualForce, LWC, APIs, and Force.com applications.
- Experience in designing test plans, performing unit testing, and writing test classes to ensure proper code coverage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
- Self-starter, self-motivated, able to prioritize effectively, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
- Experience working in an Agile development methodology.
- Excellent communication skills and proven success in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, Product, Growth, Marketing, and Finance.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid position requiring 2 days per week in the Bengaluru office.
- Certifications such as Platform Developer, Platform App Builder, or other relevant Salesforce certifications are preferred.
