Job Description
The Partnership Manager will drive growth by developing and managing strategic channel and technology partnerships in the MENA region, supporting go-to-market strategies, onboarding partners, and enabling collaborative business opportunities across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Insider's growth by developing and managing relationships with channel partners in the MENA region, including Solution and Technology Partners.
- Support the formation, onboarding, and enablement of channel partners such as System Integrators, Digital Agencies, Managed Service Providers, and ISVs.
- Execute go-to-market (GTM) partnership strategies and programs to facilitate partner selection, onboarding, and business development.
Requirements
- Thorough understanding of Insider’s product capabilities, sales processes, and partner ecosystem to ensure the GTM engine is primed and enabled to collaborate with strategic partners and drive mutual growth.
- Experience in supporting the formation and management of mutually beneficial commercial relationships with Channel Partners including Solution Partners and Technology Partners in the MENA region (Middle East, Africa, India).
- Ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, onboarding, and customer success teams to execute go-to-market partnership strategies and programs.
- Experience in driving selection, onboarding, enablement, and business growth through channel partners such as System Integrators, Digital Agencies, Full Service Consultancies, and Managed Service Providers in the region.
- Experience in driving go-to-market activities with high-priority Technology Partners, specifically Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) in the region.
- Ability to plan and execute GTM activities with Solution Partners and Technology Partners, including selection, onboarding, and transacting.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills to handle new challenges effectively.
- Ability to work enthusiastically in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues outside the immediate team to achieve organizational goals.
