Job Description
The Inside Sales Specialist role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and driving sales growth for Insider's B2B SaaS platform through effective communication and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to promote and sell Insider's SaaS platform solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and partners to generate sales opportunities.
- Understand partner and customer pain points and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
Requirements
- Experience in inside sales or B2B sales roles with a proven track record of convincing and engaging clients or partners.
- Ability to understand and solve partner pains, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to initiate conversations, build networks, and effectively persuade prospects.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new products, platforms, and sales strategies.
- Demonstrated motivation and a go-getter attitude, with a willingness to play big and bet on oneself to win the game.
- Ability to understand partner needs and tailor solutions accordingly, indicating strong listening and empathy skills.
