Job Description

The Inside Sales Specialist role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and driving sales growth for Insider's B2B SaaS platform focused on customer experience and marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to promote and sell Insider's SaaS platform solutions.
  • Understand partner and customer pains to provide tailored solutions and close sales.
  • Build and maintain a network of contacts to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Act as a problem solver to address client needs and facilitate onboarding or product adoption.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales or B2B sales roles, demonstrating the ability to convince and build relationships with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly learn new information and adapt to changing environments.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively understand partner pains and articulate solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and address customer needs and challenges in a sales context.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in activities that require building a network and initiating conversations with potential clients.
  • A proactive, go-getter attitude with a desire to disrupt ecosystems and create a bigger purpose through sales efforts.
