Job Description

The E-mail Deliverability Specialist is responsible for optimizing email delivery and ensuring high deliverability rates to support the company's marketing and customer engagement efforts within a leading B2B SaaS organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and optimize email deliverability rates
  • Analyze email campaign performance and identify deliverability issues
  • Implement strategies to improve sender reputation and inbox placement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in email deliverability, email infrastructure, or related roles, with a clear understanding of email deliverability best practices and technical concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of email authentication protocols such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and BIMI.
  • Experience with email deliverability tools and platforms, including monitoring and troubleshooting email deliverability issues.
  • Ability to analyze email metrics and data to identify deliverability problems and implement solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high email deliverability rates.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams regarding email deliverability strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in email marketing, IT, or a similar discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
