Job Description

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for maintaining partner relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and proactively improving key metrics such as retention and health scores by collaborating with various internal teams in a leading MarTech company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage gross retention, CSAT, health score, and lock-in score of partners
  • Take proactive actions to improve key customer success metrics
  • Coordinate with Product Onboarding, Technical Account Management, and Account Management teams
  • Serve as the primary contact for partners

Requirements

  • Experience in managing customer relationships and being the primary contact of partners, with a focus on improving metrics such as gross retention, CSAT, health score, and lock-in score.
  • Ability to work in coordination with the Product Onboarding, Technical Account Management, and Account Management teams.
  • Proven track record of taking proactive actions to improve customer success metrics.
  • Strong communication skills to serve as the primary contact of the partner.
