Job Description
The Channel and Partnership Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships and channels to drive growth and expand the company's market presence, focusing on building strong relationships and executing partnership strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop channel and partnership relationships to drive business growth
- Identify and onboard new channel partners and strategic alliances
- Develop and execute channel and partnership strategies aligned with company goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in channel and partnership management, with a clear track record of successfully managing and developing partner relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute channel and partnership strategies aligned with company goals.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology industry is preferred.
- Ability to analyze partnership performance metrics and optimize partnership programs accordingly.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to coordinate multiple partnership initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Physical ability to perform job duties as required, including attending meetings, presentations, and possibly travel to partner locations if necessary.
