Job Description

This role involves leading the development and execution of go-to-market strategies within a key market segment, driving growth, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize sales and market penetration in the data storage industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy within a key market segment to drive growth and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with Theater Leadership, GTM teams, and partners to ensure cohesive implementation of growth initiatives.
  • Drive awareness and activation of GTM initiatives across the commercial market, deploying new tools, campaigns, and motions to accelerate revenue.
  • Ensure adoption and adherence to the GTM model by consulting with leaders, resolving execution gaps, and promoting best practices.
  • Facilitate cross-functional enablement and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster continuous improvement and alignment.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of growth initiatives, providing insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximize market impact and resource leverage.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and execution, with a proven ability to successfully launch, implement, and optimize complex commercial motions within a high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder influence and change management capabilities, demonstrating success in driving alignment and adoption across senior leaders, field sales teams, and cross-functional organizations in a matrix environment.
  • Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to measure performance, translate data into business impact, and deliver clear, confident updates to executive leadership.
  • Deep understanding of the indirect sales channel and partner ecosystem, including experience leveraging distribution and partner relationships to drive territory-aligned outcomes.
  • Ability to work in an in-office environment at the Singapore office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
