Job Description

The Accounting Analyst - LATAM will be responsible for managing accounting processes and supporting financial operations within the LATAM region, contributing to the company's financial accuracy and compliance in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and support accounting processes within the LATAM region
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
  • Assist in financial reporting and reconciliation activities
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis tasks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial operations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in accounting or financial analysis for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports.
  • Experience with financial software or ERP systems relevant to accounting functions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly present financial information.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks associated with accounting work, including working at a desk and using standard office equipment.
