Job Description
The Accounting Analyst - LATAM will be responsible for managing accounting processes and supporting financial operations within the LATAM region, contributing to the company's financial accuracy and compliance in a dynamic, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and support accounting processes within the LATAM region
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Assist in financial reporting and reconciliation activities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounting or financial analysis for a minimum of 3 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports.
- Experience with financial software or ERP systems relevant to accounting functions.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly present financial information.
- Physical ability to perform tasks associated with accounting work, including working at a desk and using standard office equipment.
