The Accounting Analyst - LATAM will be responsible for managing accounting processes and supporting financial operations within the LATAM region, contributing to the company's financial accuracy and compliance in a dynamic, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and support accounting processes within the LATAM region
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Assist in financial reporting and reconciliation activities
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis tasks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial operations
Requirements
Proven experience in accounting or financial analysis for a minimum of 3 years.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports.
Experience with financial software or ERP systems relevant to accounting functions.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills to clearly present financial information.
Physical ability to perform tasks associated with accounting work, including working at a desk and using standard office equipment.
