Job Description

The Account Executive role involves driving sales and growth for Insider's AI-native customer experience and marketing platform in Brazil, by engaging prospects, demonstrating the product's value, and disrupting traditional SaaS sales approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth by engaging with prospects and clients to promote Insider's SaaS platform.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the Brazilian market.
  • Present and demonstrate the platform's features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and close deals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales or related sales roles, with a track record of success in closing deals and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex SaaS products and solutions effectively to prospects and clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience working with or selling to clients in Brazil, with knowledge of the local market and business practices.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with local clients and global teams.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend industry events in Brazil.
  • Educational background relevant to sales or business, such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (if specified).
