The Account Director role involves leading client relationships and driving sales strategies within the MENA region for a rapidly growing AI-native Customer Experience and Marketing platform, focusing on disrupting traditional SaaS sales and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with clients in the MENA region.
Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets through strategic account management.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence in the market.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at industry events and build a strong network within the region.
Requirements
Must be an Arabic speaker with the ability to communicate fluently in Arabic.
Must have experience in a sales or account management role, with a proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales or enterprise customer engagement.
Must have a strong understanding of customer experience technologies and marketing platforms, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to these technologies.
Must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with enterprise clients and internal teams.
Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Must possess a professional demeanor and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
Must have a bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
Must be willing to travel as required to meet with clients or attend industry events.
Must be able to work independently and proactively identify opportunities for client growth and retention.
