Job Description

The Account Director role involves leading client relationships and driving sales strategies within the MENA region for a rapidly growing AI-native Customer Experience and Marketing platform, focusing on disrupting traditional SaaS sales and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with clients in the MENA region.
  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets through strategic account management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence in the market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events and build a strong network within the region.

Requirements

  • Must be an Arabic speaker with the ability to communicate fluently in Arabic.
  • Must have experience in a sales or account management role, with a proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales or enterprise customer engagement.
  • Must have a strong understanding of customer experience technologies and marketing platforms, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to these technologies.
  • Must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with enterprise clients and internal teams.
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Must possess a professional demeanor and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Must have a bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Must be willing to travel as required to meet with clients or attend industry events.
  • Must be able to work independently and proactively identify opportunities for client growth and retention.
