Job Description
The Senior Manager - Energy Engineering is responsible for leading energy consulting projects, including audits and renewable energy initiatives, while supporting business development efforts and managing client relationships within a global energy and sustainability advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage energy efficiency consulting projects, including energy audits, retro-commissioning studies, and development of capital energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and renewable energy initiatives.
- Resolve technical client issues related to energy projects.
- Support business development efforts by collaborating with the sales team.
- Oversee and guide a high-performing team of energy engineers and consultants.
Requirements
- A full understanding of relevant engineering concepts and experience with energy consulting projects, including energy audits, retro-commissioning RCx studies, conceptual development of capital energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and renewable energy projects.
- Ability to resolve a variety of technical client issues related to energy projects.
- Experience working in a client-facing role that involves supporting Business Development efforts with the Sales team.
- Previous success as a Project Manager or Senior Energy Engineer.
- Must be a fully qualified engineer.
