Job Description
The Lead Project Engineer - APAC is responsible for managing, optimizing design, and leading the execution of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and scalable process development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, optimize design, and lead the execution of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, construction managers, customers, vendors, authorities, and consultants.
- Document and develop scalable processes, technology, and products for project delivery.
Requirements
- Manage, optimize design, and lead the execution of Energy Vault Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, construction managers, customers, outside vendors, authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ), and consultants.
- Document and build scalable processes, technology, and products related to BESS projects.
- Experience as a Project Engineer with a focus on BESS Projects or similar energy storage projects.
- Ability to work remotely, as the position is LI-remote.
- Demonstrated experience in managing energy storage or related infrastructure projects from design through execution.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and execution in the energy storage sector.
- Experience in working with diverse stakeholders including utilities, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Proven ability to develop and implement scalable processes, technology, and products in a project environment.
