Job Description
The Business Development Director at Trio is responsible for presenting and structuring integrated sustainability and energy solutions, working with clients and internal teams to develop growth and sales strategies aimed at expanding client relationships and penetrating new markets in the energy and sustainability sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and structure comprehensive sustainability and energy offerings for clients
- Work with client decision-makers to understand their needs and align services accordingly
- Coordinate internal resources to deliver strategic service solutions to clients
- Develop and implement growth and sales strategies to acquire new clients
- Expand relationships with existing clients to increase business opportunities
Requirements
- Experience in presenting and structuring comprehensive and integrated sustainability and energy offerings to clients.
- Ability to work with client internal decision-makers to understand their needs and align service offerings accordingly.
- Proven track record of creating and implementing new growth and sales strategies aimed at penetrating new clients.
- Experience in developing strategies to expand relationships with existing clients.
- Experience working in a consultative sales environment within the energy and sustainability sectors.
- Strong understanding of energy supply management, data management, energy optimization and electrification, clean energy, and sustainability services.
- Ability to orchestrate internal resources to deliver strategic service offerings to clients.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present and structure complex energy and sustainability solutions.
- Ability to work remotely, as the position is LI-Remote.
