The Analyst in Data Settlement Services supports energy data management and process standardization to improve efficiency and accuracy for natural gas and electricity clients, providing analytical support and proactive issue resolution within Edison’s energy advisory team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide analytical support to natural gas and electricity energy managers.
Develop and standardize processes to improve efficiency in client service delivery.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism in data management and analysis.
Proactively identify and resolve issues or risks affecting clients.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders through verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Requirements
The candidate must have experience providing analytical support to natural gas and electricity energy managers in an energy supply advisory service line.
The candidate must demonstrate the ability to perform functions with a scope appropriate for a mid-level analyst, including working independently with minimal supervision and taking proactive actions to avoid negative issues or risks for clients.
The candidate must possess strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills for internal and external communication.
The candidate must demonstrate initiative to properly and effectively take independent action in their role.
The candidate must have relevant job knowledge and experience related to energy data management, process development, and standardization for client service delivery.
The candidate must deliver work of high quality with professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness.
The candidate must be able to reactively resolve issues and proactively identify risks with reduced or zero negative impact.
