Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic execution of international revenue and accounts receivable operations within the Order to Cash organization.
Partner with Deal Desk and Sales teams to evaluate contract structures and ensure ASC 606 compliance.
Manage international revenue close processes, reporting, reconciliations, and intercompany eliminations across multiple jurisdictions.
Collaborate with FP A and Treasury to provide revenue analytics and forecasts for deferred revenue, RPO, and cash collections.
Execute SOX controls and coordinate international statutory audits to ensure compliance.
Champion the deployment of AI-powered tools and automation to streamline contract reviews and anomaly detection.
Requirements
Deep Technical Proficiency with robust knowledge of ASC 606 within the technology sector, with specific experience managing revenue across SaaS, hardware, and hybrid business models.
Solid understanding of international accounting principles and the complexities of multi-entity consolidations and statutory reporting requirements across different regions.
Practical experience with enterprise-grade ERP systems such as SAP or NetSuite.
Proactive mindset toward adopting machine learning and automation tools to enhance financial workflows.
Proven experience managing accounting professionals and the ability to partner effectively across Finance, IT, and GTM functions to solve complex operational challenges.
Experience leading the strategic execution of international revenue close and accounts receivable (AR) accounting processes, ensuring accuracy in reporting, reconciliations, and intercompany eliminations across multiple jurisdictions.
Experience collaborating with FP&A and Treasury to provide highly accurate revenue analytics and forecasts for deferred revenue, RPO, and cash collections, directly influencing global business decision-making.
Experience driving the execution of SOX controls and coordinating international statutory audits, delivering precise documentation and proactive insights to internal and external auditors to ensure global compliance.
Ability to evaluate contract structures in partnership with regional Deal Desk and Sales teams, providing guidance on ASC 606 compliance and integrating new business models into the global framework.
Willingness to work primarily in an in-office environment at the Dublin, Staines, or Prague office, in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
