Job Description
The Senior Professional Water Wastewater Engineer will lead the design and management of complex water treatment and distribution projects, from concept to construction, while driving business development and representing the company's expertise in Milwaukee and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of municipal treatment facilities and private water systems.
- Manage project strategy from concept to construction.
- Drive business development in the water wastewater sector.
- Represent the company and build its reputation in Milwaukee.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in water wastewater engineering or a strong civil engineering background with a passion for creating clean water solutions.
- Ability to lead complex public and private water projects from concept to construction.
- Experience in designing municipal treatment facilities, private development systems, pump stations, and related water infrastructure.
- Proven ability to shape project strategy and drive business development in the water/wastewater sector.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to travel frequently throughout the country for project assignments.
- Successfully complete a standard pre-employment background screening, including Social Security verification, educational verification, review of criminal convictions, and driving history.
- Be able to perform the responsibilities associated with the role, which may include passing background, security, motor vehicle record (MVR), or drug tests as required by TKDA, clients, or applicable agencies.
