Job Description
A senior engineer role focused on leading the design, development, and management of water and wastewater projects, including treatment facilities and private systems, while mentoring staff, driving business growth, and representing the firm in industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of municipal treatment facilities and private water systems.
- Manage project strategy from concept through construction.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members.

Requirements
- Possess a valid driver s license with a clean driving record.
- Have the ability to travel frequently throughout the country for project assignments.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Complete a standard pre-employment background screening, which consists of Social Security verification, educational verification, review of criminal convictions, and driving history, upon acceptance of a conditional offer of employment.
- Possess a strong civil engineering background with experience in water-wastewater or related fields, with the ability to lead complex public and private water projects.
- Design municipal treatment facilities and private development systems related to water-wastewater projects.
- Shape project strategy from concept to construction and drive business development.
- Mentor and lead the next generation of talent within the engineering team.
- Represent the company at industry events and build lasting relationships across the Twin Cities metro and beyond.
