Job Description
A Graduate Civil Engineer position focused on designing and managing roadway and utility projects, with an emphasis on utility planning, design, and construction activities to ensure cost control and risk mitigation, primarily serving communities in Minnesota within a collaborative, hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in utility planning, design, and construction activities to control costs and mitigate risks
- Contribute to creating flexibility in infrastructure programs to accommodate evolving requirements
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to design roadway and utility projects
Requirements
- A graduate who is interested in specializing in utilities aspects of projects which entails utility planning, design, and construction activities to control costs and mitigate risks to the project and the public.
- Work alongside multi-disciplined engineering professionals including civil, electrical, mechanical, and structural design and planning professionals to design a variety of roadway and utility projects within the Twin Cities metro area and throughout the State of Minnesota.
- Complete a standard pre-employment background screening upon acceptance of a conditional offer of employment, which consists of Social Security verification, educational verification, review of criminal convictions, and driving history.
