Job Description
The Lead Customer Success Manager will own and manage strategic enterprise relationships in the Asia-Pacific region, engaging directly with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with Sylvera's data and tools for carbon credits and CDR, in a dynamic and mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage strategic enterprise relationships in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Propel customer success by providing tailored support and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Act as a primary point of contact for key commercial accounts, ensuring their ongoing engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements and optimize their use of Sylvera's tools and data.
Requirements
- Experience in managing meaningful, strategic enterprise relations, specifically for the Asia-Pacific region.
- Ability to independently own key commercial relationships and engage directly with customers in a dynamic environment.
- High level of mental agility and adaptability to operate effectively in an extremely dynamic environment.
- Highly ambitious, motivated, and eager to propel their career forward.
- Grit, positivity, and willingness to get stuck in to achieve goals.
- Willingness to spend a significant amount of time engaging directly with customers.
- Location in Singapore or willingness to work flexibly with regular office presence for 1-2-1 meetings, retros, and divisional meetings.
