Job Description
The Enterprise Account Executive role involves leading sales efforts and strategic growth in the Asia Pacific region for Sylvera's data and tools that assess and validate the impact of carbon credits and CDR projects, supporting the company's mission to promote effective climate investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive go-to-market success and regional growth across Asia Pacific through strategic leadership and hands-on selling.
- Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients to promote Sylvera's ratings, tools, and data for carbon credits and CDR.
- Lead sales efforts to acquire new enterprise customers and expand existing accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with regional market opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and to optimize product offerings.
Requirements
- Experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success in driving go-to-market strategies and regional growth, particularly across Asia Pacific.
- Ability to balance hands-on selling activities with strategic leadership responsibilities in a player-coach role.
- Highly ambitious, motivated, and eager to propel their career forward.
- Demonstrated grit, positivity, and willingness to get stuck in to achieve sales targets and team objectives.
