Job Description
A Staff ML Engineer responsible for designing and architecting advanced multi-agent AI systems for mental health care platforms, focusing on orchestration, memory, and fine-tuning of large language models to improve patient care pathways.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect the next generation of agentic infrastructure for the mental health platform
- Design orchestration layers, memory systems, and RAG frameworks to enable multiple LLMs to work in concert
- Collaborate with the AI Research team on model training and fine-tuning for clinical environments
Requirements
- Experience in architecting and designing agentic infrastructure, orchestration layers, memory systems, and RAG frameworks that allow multiple LLMs to work in concert.
- Ability to move beyond implementation to design complex AI system components for mental health platforms.
- Experience working closely with AI Research teams on model training, including evolving applied training capabilities and specialized fine-tuning for clinical environments.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing multi-agent systems for managing complete patient care pathways.
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs) and their orchestration within complex AI systems.
- Experience in designing systems that support clinical environment requirements, including specialized fine-tuning and model training.
