The Chief of Staff for Product Platform is responsible for supporting the execution, coordination, and operational effectiveness of a specific product and platform team, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into actionable plans and that teams collaborate efficiently to scale product delivery.

Requirements
Support the execution and operational effectiveness of a specific product and the platform team by ensuring product initiatives are well-coordinated, priorities are clearly defined, and teams have the operational structure and insights needed to deliver efficiently.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Platform leaders to help translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, maintain visibility over ongoing initiatives, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
Improve operational processes, track performance metrics, and enable teams to scale product delivery effectively.
Partner closely with the Product and Platform teams, collaborating with engineering, product management, operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to support planning, coordination, and execution of product initiatives.
Ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and delivery milestones across teams.
Possess the legal right to work in the United States; US applicants must have this right without requiring immigration or work visa sponsorship, and the position does not offer relocation assistance.
If based in Portugal, candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
Full-time employment with a minimum of 25 hours per week for US applicants.
