Job Description
A Product Designer specializing in mobile applications responsible for creating and enhancing the member experience within Sword Health's AI-driven clinical platform, impacting the future of digital healthcare delivery for millions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and design the native clinical product experience on the mobile platform.
- Create user-centered designs that facilitate clinician-led AI care across the care journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine mobile app features.
- Translate user needs and clinical requirements into intuitive and engaging mobile interfaces.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis.
Requirements
- Possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- Own a critical part of the member experience for the native clinical product that delivers clinician-led AI care across a comprehensive, integrated care journey.
- Create meaningful impact by shaping the future of care for millions of lives.
- Demonstrate expertise in product design, specifically for mobile applications.
- Have experience in designing native mobile clinical products or similar healthcare-related mobile applications.
- Possess strong skills in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design for mobile platforms.
- Be capable of translating complex clinical and AI-driven workflows into intuitive, user-friendly mobile experiences.
- Have a portfolio demonstrating previous work in mobile app design, preferably with healthcare or clinical applications.
- Be able to work remotely with flexible working hours and manage tasks independently.
- Be committed to creating accessible and inclusive designs, adhering to applicable civil rights laws.
