Requirements

Serve as a key legal advisor on a broad range of commercial matters, including commercial contracts, corporate governance, legal technology, compliance, and dispute resolution.
Possess the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across every level of the firm.
Be an early-career attorney seeking a dynamic, hands-on role with professional growth opportunities.
Have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction (state bar admission or equivalent).
Have experience or familiarity with commercial contracts and related legal issues.
Demonstrate strong legal research, analysis, and drafting skills.
Be able to handle a broad range of legal matters with responsibility and professionalism.
Possess excellent communication skills to serve as a legal advisor to various stakeholders.
