Job Description
A strategic and hands-on Senior Product Manager responsible for building and scaling a new direct-to-consumer mental health product, focusing on growth strategies from initial acquisition to long-term retention within a fast-moving, pre-launch environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead growth strategies to scale the direct-to-consumer mental health product from launch to maturity.
- Identify growth opportunities and define solutions to enhance user acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
- Partner with core product and engineering teams to develop growth systems and prototypes.
- Own the entire user lifecycle, from first touchpoint to long-term engagement, focusing on growth loops.
- Build and iterate on growth experiments to optimize product performance and user engagement.
Requirements
- Experience in product management with a focus on growth strategies, owning the entire lifecycle from acquisition to onboarding and long-term retention.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities, define solutions, and partner closely with core product and engineering teams to bring growth initiatives to life.
- Experience in building and scaling growth systems layered on top of core products, with a strategic understanding of growth as a system of loops rather than a funnel.
- Proven track record of designing and executing strategies that take a product from zero to scale, especially in a pre-launch or early-stage environment.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously in a lean, fast-moving team environment during the pre-launch phase.
- Strong skills in prototyping and experimentation to test and implement growth solutions.
- Experience working with digital health or mental health products is preferred but not explicitly required.
- Must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal, with the ability to work remotely.
- Candidates must be able to work in Portugal without relocation assistance.
