Job Description
A Senior DevOps Engineer responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure that supports Sword Health's AI Care platform across multiple cloud environments, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance to impact healthcare at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the infrastructure supporting the AI Care platform across a multi-cloud environment
- Build and maintain systems behind frontends, backends, microservices, and data pipelines
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure infrastructure reliability, scalability, and performance
- Interface with AI teams to prepare infrastructure for model deployment and production
Requirements
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
- Experience owning and evolving infrastructure that supports AI Care platforms in a multi-cloud environment.
- Experience building and maintaining systems behind frontends, backends, microservices, and data pipelines.
- Ability to collaborate closely with multiple engineering teams to ensure infrastructure reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Experience interfacing with AI teams to support models moving into production and ensuring infrastructure readiness.
- Proficiency in working across a multi-cloud environment, including building and maintaining cloud infrastructure.
- Experience in deploying, managing, and maintaining microservices architectures.
- Experience with data pipelines and supporting data infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure reliability, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Ability to work in cross-team environments and impact healthcare infrastructure at scale.
