Job Description
The General Manager oversees the strategic planning, operational management, and financial performance of a business unit within Sword Health, driving growth and profitability while aligning with the company's mission to deliver AI-driven healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire operation of the business unit or product
- Develop and implement strategic plans and long-term goals
- Provide visionary leadership to drive business growth and profitability
- Manage budgeting processes and financial performance
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize revenue and control costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to ensure strategic alignment
Requirements
- The candidate must have a legal right to work in the United States, and immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
- The candidate must have experience overseeing the entire operation of a business unit or product, including strategic planning, operational management, financial oversight, and overall leadership.
- The candidate must have experience providing visionary leadership to drive business growth and profitability.
- The candidate must have experience managing the budgeting process and financial performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize revenue and control costs.
- The candidate must have experience setting the vision and long-term goals for departments or business units.
- The candidate must have experience collaborating with partners from all functional teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- The candidate must have experience making decisions at the highest organizational level that might impact the entire organization.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 25 hours per week of full-time employment experience, as full-time employees are defined as those working regularly 25 hours per week.
