A remote, part-time Seasonal Intake Physical Therapist responsible for onboarding new members, collecting initial information, setting goals, and guiding them through the early stages of their treatment program to ensure engagement and success.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for new members via telephone or video call
Collect key information from members to facilitate onboarding
Use the Sword Portal to ensure accurate member onboarding
Establish initial goals for members in the program
Guide members through the first steps of their treatment journey
Requirements
Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
Legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
Experience or ability to conduct initial member assessments via telephone call or video call.
Ability to use the Sword Portal to ensure accurate onboarding, establish initial goals, and guide members through the first steps of their journey.
Availability to work part-time hours fluctuating between 10 hours per week and 24 hours per week.
Ability to work remotely from home.
Commitment to a seasonal position guaranteed for at least 3 months, with potential for extension or conversion based on performance and business needs.
