Job Description

The role involves leading and managing government and occupational health services in Canada for Sword Health, focusing on expanding AI-driven healthcare solutions, building client relationships, and supporting the company's growth in the healthcare technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales operations and strategy for government and OHS sectors in Canada.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, health systems, and enterprise clients.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts within the public sector.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in a senior leadership role, specifically as a Regional Vice President (RVP) or equivalent, overseeing government and occupational health services in Canada.
  • Must demonstrate a proven track record of successfully managing and growing relationships with government agencies, health systems, insurers, and large enterprise clients within the healthcare sector.
  • Must possess strong strategic planning and business development skills to expand the company's presence and impact in the government and occupational health markets in Canada.
  • Must have excellent leadership and team management skills to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team across multiple regions or territories.
  • Must have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including knowledge of AI-based healthcare solutions, physiotherapy, musculoskeletal care, and digital health technologies.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, or leadership roles within the healthcare or health tech industry.
  • Must have a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as healthcare administration, business, or a related discipline.
  • Must be willing to travel as required to meet with clients, partners, and stakeholders across Canada.
  • Must demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with government officials, enterprise clients, and internal teams.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, demonstrating adaptability, passion, and commitment to advancing human health through innovative solutions.
