Job Description
A Global Intelligence Analyst is responsible for monitoring and analyzing global incidents and threats, identifying relevant information, and communicating critical updates to customers to support their safety and business continuity during emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize source tools to identify and monitor incidents and potential threats globally
- Identify events that could impact business continuity and customer safety based on given criteria
- Communicate critical information effectively and with urgency
- Provide timely and accurate updates on critical events
- Continuously update sources to ensure high-quality monitoring and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Two years of professional business experience, particularly in roles demanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills based on given criteria, with the ability to evaluate a variety of situations, establish priorities, and provide accurate information with urgency.
- General knowledge of current events.
- Understanding of existing social media platforms and the ability to learn and utilize a variety of tools and systems.
- Capable of working independently on tasks while also thriving and collaborating as part of a larger team.
- Willingness to work the shift Sunday-Wednesday 2p-12a CST with flexibility of hours as needed to support the business, including evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays from time-to-time.
- This position is open to US-based workers, except in the states of Alaska, Colorado, Louisiana, Montana, North Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, West Virginia, and US territories.
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
