Job Description
The Operations Strategy Manager will develop and implement operational strategies to support Sword Health's AI-driven healthcare platform, focusing on optimizing processes, scaling operations, and ensuring efficient delivery of innovative health services globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to advance the company's operations in healthcare AI.
- Analyze healthcare market trends to inform operational improvements and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the deployment of AI care platforms.
- Identify efficiencies in healthcare delivery processes to reduce costs and improve outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of operational initiatives related to healthcare services.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- Candidates must have experience in operations strategy management.
- Candidates must have a proven track record of developing and implementing operational strategies within healthcare or related industries.
- Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Candidates must have excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in operations management or strategy roles.
- Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Candidates must be able to work remotely and adapt to flexible working hours.
