Job Description
The Head of Product will lead the development and launch of a new AI-driven healthcare initiative, focusing on creating an engaging and effective AI-native care experience for both consumers and enterprise clients, with an emphasis on growth, retention, and clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and market launch of a new AI-native healthcare initiative.
- Own the product strategy, driving execution from concept to scale.
- Design and deliver an exceptional consumer experience to achieve clinical outcomes and member engagement.
- Shape how members experience AI care, including feature prioritization to promote behavior change.
- Establish the product foundation to support scaling from launch to hundreds of thousands of members.
- Work at the intersection of AI capabilities and care delivery, balancing innovation with clinical and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Experience leading the development and market launch of new products, with a focus on driving product strategy from zero to one and beyond.
- Proven ability to deliver an exceptional consumer experience that drives meaningful clinical outcomes and sustained member engagement.
- Deep understanding of AI-native experiences, including leveraging conversational AI, personalized care pathways, and intelligent support.
- Experience working with both direct-to-consumer and enterprise populations, with a focus on growth, retention, and long-term engagement across 4-12 month care journeys.
- Ability to shape how members experience AI care and determine which features drive sustained behavior change.
- Experience establishing a product foundation capable of scaling from launch to hundreds of thousands of members.
- Ability to work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI capabilities and direct care delivery, balancing innovation velocity with clinical rigor and regulatory requirements.
- Legal right to work in the United States; for candidates in Portugal, possession of a valid EU visa and being based in Portugal is required.
- Full-time employment status, with a requirement to work at least 25 hours per week in the US or be based in Portugal with valid work authorization.
- Experience working within healthcare or clinical environments, with an understanding of clinical rigor and regulatory compliance.
