Job Description

The Regional Vice President, Health Plan Sales is responsible for driving growth and establishing strategic partnerships with payers by promoting Sword's AI-driven mental health and musculoskeletal health platforms, managing regional market development, and leading complex deal executions to expand the company's presence in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth within the health plan segment by securing, expanding, and deepening strategic partnerships with payers.
  • Own regional market development and build a high-quality enterprise pipeline.
  • Lead or co-lead end-to-end deal execution for complex and high-impact opportunities in the musculoskeletal and behavioral health spaces.
  • Cultivate executive-level relationships and position AI-driven mental health solutions as category-defining answers to the mental health crisis.
  • Accelerate enterprise adoption of mental health solutions across all payer lines of business, including commercial, self-funded, Medicaid, and Medicare.
  • Collaborate with other Regional Vice Presidents to share market intelligence and align on national account strategies to grow the payer presence.

Requirements

  • Must have a legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
  • Experience in driving growth within the health plan segment by securing, expanding, and deepening strategic partnerships with leading payers.
  • Proven ability to own regional market development, build a high-quality enterprise pipeline, and lead or co-lead end-to-end deal execution for complex and high-impact opportunities in the healthcare space.
  • Ability to cultivate executive-level relationships and position AI-driven Mental Health solutions as a category-defining answer to the global mental health crisis.
  • Experience in accelerating enterprise adoption across all payer lines of business including commercial, self-funded, Medicaid, and Medicare.
  • Experience working within a team of multiple Regional Vice Presidents, collaborating to share market intelligence and align on national account strategies to grow presence across the payer landscape.
  • Strong understanding of the behavioral health space and the ability to develop strategies for growth in this area.
  • Full-time employment with regular working hours of at least 25 hours per week.
