Job Description
The Marketing Lead will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention for Kaia's AI pain care solution, leading campaigns across multiple channels and shaping the brand narrative in a full-stack leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute marketing campaigns to drive member enrollments, engagement, and retention
- Own the entire marketing funnel, including A/B testing and conversion optimization across enrollment and lifecycle stages
- Develop and shape brand messaging and narrative to differentiate Kaia in the digital MSK market
- Create and manage B2B and B2C marketing content across channels such as email, direct mail, SMS, ads, webinars, and events
- Analyze performance data to optimize marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness
- Build and lead a marketing team to execute strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Experience leading marketing efforts in a digital health or related industry for at least 4 years, with a proven track record of managing full-stack marketing campaigns.
- Ability to craft and execute marketing campaigns that drive member enrollments, engagement, and long-term retention across the entire marketing funnel.
- Experience conducting top to bottom funnel A/B testing and optimizing conversion rates across enrollment and lifecycle journeys.
- Proficiency in developing and leading B2B and B2C messaging strategies, including email, direct mail, SMS, performance marketing ads, webinars, events materials, and content for organic blogs.
- Ability to analyze performance data to inform campaign optimization and decision-making.
- Experience building and leading a marketing team, including hiring, mentoring, and managing team members.
- Excellent skills in creative writing and storytelling to shape and enhance brand narrative.
- Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills in marketing campaign development and management.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Sales, Member Operations, and Executive leadership.
- Ability to thrive in a role that requires a combination of creativity, performance rigor, empathy, and analytical precision.
- Willingness to take a proactive, 'roll up your sleeves' approach to campaign development and execution.
