Job Description
This is a part-time, remote intake physical therapist position for Spanish speakers, focusing on providing personalized pain management programs and support to members using AI-enabled tools and clinical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assessments and treatment plans to members via telehealth in Spanish.
- Guide members through personalized exercise programs using interactive devices and real-time feedback.
- Monitor and support members' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure optimal member outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist with the ability to practice in the United States.
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
- Must be fluent in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with members in Spanish only.
- Must be able to work remotely from home, with all PT work conducted 100% remotely.
- Must be available to work part-time, with hours fluctuating between 10 hours per week and 20 hours per week.
- Must have the capacity to work a flexible schedule within the part-time hours.
- Must be committed to providing clinical expertise and designing personalized pain management programs for members.
- Must be able to provide ongoing support and guidance to members through virtual sessions.
- Must be able to operate and instruct members on the use of devices included in the Thrive kit for interactive, guided sessions with real-time feedback.
