The Head of People Operations is responsible for developing and scaling core HR processes, policies, and systems to support a seamless, compliant, and efficient employee experience across regions, leveraging AI-enabled tools and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strengthen and scale core HR processes, policies, and operational foundation to support the employee experience
Ensure people practices are consistent, compliant, and efficient, supported by AI-enabled tools
Create and improve processes and guidance to help employees thrive and enable managers to lead confidently
Support the business growth across regions by delivering a high-quality, reliable people experience at scale
Drive process clarity and reduce administrative friction to allow employees to focus on meaningful work
Requirements

Experience in strengthening and scaling core processes, policies, and operational foundations that support the employee experience.
Strong operational judgment and the ability to simplify complexity in processes and policies.

Experience in building processes and guidance that help employees thrive, enable managers to lead confidently, and support business growth across regions.
Ability to ensure people practices are consistent, compliant, and efficient, supported by AI-enabled tools.
Experience delivering a high-quality, reliable, and scalable people experience.
Experience working in or leading People Operations teams responsible for compliance, process clarity, and administrative efficiency.
Experience in developing and scaling operational processes, policies, and procedures in a growing organization.
Experience working in a remote-first environment or managing remote teams is preferred but not explicitly required.
