Job Description
The Data Operations Engineer supports the integration and maintenance of healthcare data pipelines to ensure accurate, high-quality data flows that support Sword Health's AI-driven healthcare solutions and client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the integration of clients' self-insured employers and health plans into Sword's solutions.
- Prepare, validate, and maintain data pipelines to process large volumes of healthcare data.
- Ensure accurate and timely flow of information across data systems.
- Maintain high data quality standards to support products and clients.
- Improve operational processes related to data management and integration.
Requirements
- Support the integration of clients self-insured employers and health plans into Sword's solutions by preparing, validating, and maintaining data pipelines that can process large volumes of healthcare data.
- Ensure that information flows accurately and on time.
- Maintain high-quality, accurate data that supports Sword’s products and clients.
- Focus on maintaining strong data quality standards.
- Improve operational processes related to data management and integration.
- Ensure smooth data integrations across the organization.
- Motivated and detail-oriented candidate with a strong eagerness to learn.
- Legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
- Full-time employment with a minimum of 25 hours per week.
