Job Description

The Customer Success Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring successful adoption and ongoing satisfaction with Sword Health's AI-driven healthcare solutions, while supporting the company's growth and expansion in the digital health space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support customer relationships to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Sword Health's AI Care platform
  • Act as a primary point of contact for enterprise clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing support to clients
  • Monitor client health metrics and usage data to identify opportunities for improved outcomes and engagement
  • Drive customer retention and renewal by proactively addressing issues and demonstrating value
  • Gather and communicate client feedback to inform product development and service enhancements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role, demonstrating the ability to manage and grow client relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide clear guidance and support.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex healthcare technology solutions, including AI-based platforms and physiotherapy services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to address client issues proactively and effectively.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients, preferably within healthcare, insurance, or health systems sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a global team and coordinate with cross-functional departments such as clinical, technical, and product teams.
  • High level of self-motivation, passion, and commitment to advancing human health through innovative technology solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
