The Customer Success Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring successful adoption and ongoing satisfaction with Sword Health's AI-driven healthcare solutions, while supporting the company's growth and expansion in the digital health space.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support customer relationships to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Sword Health's AI Care platform
Act as a primary point of contact for enterprise clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing support to clients
Monitor client health metrics and usage data to identify opportunities for improved outcomes and engagement
Drive customer retention and renewal by proactively addressing issues and demonstrating value
Gather and communicate client feedback to inform product development and service enhancements
Requirements
Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role, demonstrating the ability to manage and grow client relationships effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide clear guidance and support.
Ability to understand and explain complex healthcare technology solutions, including AI-based platforms and physiotherapy services.
Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to address client issues proactively and effectively.
Experience working with enterprise clients, preferably within healthcare, insurance, or health systems sectors.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a global team and coordinate with cross-functional departments such as clinical, technical, and product teams.
High level of self-motivation, passion, and commitment to advancing human health through innovative technology solutions.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
