Job Description
The Account Executive - Enterprise Canada is responsible for driving sales and building relationships with enterprise clients in the healthcare sector, promoting Sword Health's AI-powered healthcare solutions and expanding the company's presence in the Canadian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with enterprise clients across Canada
- Identify client needs and present tailored healthcare solutions using Sword Health's AI platform
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation for clients
- Provide ongoing support and account management to maximize client satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development roles, preferably within healthcare, technology, or enterprise sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow relationships with enterprise clients, including Fortune 100 and 500 companies.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, particularly in musculoskeletal care, physiotherapy, or related health services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively present solutions and close deals with large organizations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team, demonstrating high energy, passion, and commitment.
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in a fast-growing environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and partners across different regions, including the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Australia.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or a related field.
