Job Description
A hands-on, highly organized Technical Project Manager responsible for coordinating and managing multiple R&D workstreams, resources, and lab operations to ensure the successful execution of scientific experiments and projects within a cutting-edge solar technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple concurrent R&D workstreams and experiments
- Manage resources and lab operations to ensure efficient use
- Ensure the smooth execution of scientific experiments
- Collaborate closely with scientists, engineers, technicians, and lab operators
- Provide leadership with clear data to inform strategic decisions
Requirements
- Experience in managing multiple concurrent R D workstreams, coordinating scientific and experimental work, and ensuring the smooth execution of experiments across a facility.
- Ability to work closely with scientists, engineers, technicians, and lab operators to keep projects on track and ensure resources are used efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex scientific programs in a dynamic, technical environment.
- Proven experience in managing resources and lab operations within a research and development setting.
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership with clear data to inform strategic decisions.
- Hands-on experience in a technical environment, with the capacity to coordinate scientific and experimental activities.
- Experience in a role that requires managing scientific projects, experiments, or similar technical programs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment where deep research meets real-world production.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across disciplines and borders.
